1. Melt four bars of paraffin wax (available at grocery and hardware stores) in the microwave. If you can't find it, use old unscented candles.
2. While the wax is cooling, massage udder balm or solid vegetable shortening all over your feet.
3. Dip one foot into the warm (but not hot) paraffin wax three times, pausing between layers to allow the wax to dry.
4. Wrap each foot with plastic wrap tight enough to make an airtight seal. This will help the moisturizer penetrate.
5. Let the wax "cast" set for 20 minutes and then simply peel it off.
